6611 Incorrect CLTV Calculation

SYMPTOM

The CLTV in a Point file is incorrect.

CAUSE

An incorrect subordinate financing amount must be corrected or removed.

RESOLUTION

Remove or correct the subordinate financing figure in the Borrower Information screen.

1. Go to the Borrower Information screen.
2. Click the Sub Financing button at the bottom of the screen.

• If a second mortgage exists and there is an amount in the 2nd Mortgage field, remove the amount and re-enter it.
• If there is not a second mortgage, but there is a value in the 2nd Mortgage field, remove it and click OK.
