      6613 Prepaid Finance Charges do not total correctly

      SYMPTOM

      Prepaid Finance Charges do not total correctly. The Itemization of Amount Financed and Truth-In-Lending form may not include total prepaid finance charges. The total prepaid finance charges may also not calculate correctly on the Fees Worksheet.


      CAUSE

      The PFC charges are not calculating the correct total on the Fees Worksheet.


      RESOLUTION

      Remove and re-enter all PFC fee amounts and PFC checkboxes

      1. Go to the Fees Worksheet.
      2. Click the Borrower button next to each fee that is checked as PFC.
      3. When the Borrower window appears, simply click Ok. This will force Point to recalculate the prepaid finance charges.
      4. Repeat steps 2 through 3 for all PFC charges.
