6620 The Send button is missing in Outlook when launching e-mail from Point
There is not a Send button in Outlook when sending e-mail from Point.
- The wrong default e-mail application is selected in Internet Explorer
- The Outlook profile must be re-created

- Open Internet Explorer.
- From the Menu bar, select Tools > Internet Options.
- Click the Programs tab.
- In the E-mail field, be sure that Outlook or Outlook Express is selected.
The Outlook profile must be re-created
Contact your network administrator or your Internet Service Provider for assistance on re-creating the Outlook profile in order to correct the issue.
