SYMPTOM
Only 1 custom form is generated when e-mailing multiple custom forms.
CAUSE
All custom forms are not generated due to a missing file in the WINPOINT folder.
RESOLUTION
Copy and rename the cdintf250.dll file from the Winpoint folder
- Close Point.
- Go to My Computer.
- Double-click Local Disk (C:).
- Double-click the WINPOINT folder.
- Right-click the cdintf250.dll file.
- Select Copy.
- Close this window.
- Go to My Computer.
- Double-click Local Disk (C:\).
- From the menu bar, select Edit > Paste. (This will copy the cdintf250.dll file to the C:\ drive.)
- Right-click the cdintf250.dll file that was copied to the C: drive.
- Select Rename.
- Rename the file to cdintf.dll and press <Enter>
- Right-click the cdintf.dll file that you renamed from the C: drive.
- Select Copy.
- Double-click the WINPOINT folder.
- From the menu bar, select Edit > Paste. (The WINPOINT folder should now contain both files of cdintf.dll and cdintf250.dll)
- Double-click the PDFInstall.exe file. (An Amyuni installation window will appear)
- When the Amyuni installation has completed, open Point and e-mail the forms.
