SYMPTOM
Nothing happens when you click the Install button from the MyCalyx installation e-mail.
CAUSE
There is another instance of the installer running in the background or an invalid Internet Explorer configuration file.
RESOLUTION
Accept the license agreement before installing Point
- Open the MyCalyx installation e-mail.
- Click the Install Point installation link.
- From the MyCalyx installation web page, insert a check into the "I accept Calyx Sofware License Agreement..." box.
- Click Install.
Verify another instance of the installation is not already running.
- Restart the computer
- Try the installation again
Delete the Internet Explorer configuration file
- Close all web pages.
- Go to My Computer.
- Double-click Local Disk C:
- Double-click the Program Files folder.
- Double-click the Internet Explorer folder.
- Right-click the iexplore.exe.config file and then select Delete.
- Open your MyCalyx installation e-mail.
- Click the Install Point installation link.
- From the MyCalyx installation web page, accept the license agreement and then click Install.
Disable the firewall and antivirus then try installing Point again
