Nothing happens when you click the Install button from the MyCalyx installation e-mail.

There is another instance of the installer running in the background or an invalid Internet Explorer configuration file.



Accept the license agreement before installing Point

  1. Open the MyCalyx installation e-mail.
  2. Click the Install Point installation link.
  3. From the MyCalyx installation web page, insert a check into the "I accept Calyx Sofware License Agreement..." box.
  4. Click Install.

Verify another instance of the installation is not already running.

  1. Restart the computer
  2. Try the installation again

Delete the Internet Explorer configuration file

  1. Close all web pages.
  2. Go to My Computer.
  3. Double-click Local Disk C:
  4. Double-click the Program Files folder.
  5. Double-click the Internet Explorer folder.
  6. Right-click the iexplore.exe.config file and then select Delete.

  7. Open your MyCalyx installation e-mail.
  8. Click the Install Point installation link.
  9. From the MyCalyx installation web page, accept the license agreement and then click Install.

Disable the firewall and antivirus then try installing Point again
