      6648 Shortcut toolbar is missing forms

      SYMPTOM

      When opening a loan file, the shortcut forms bar is blank or missing forms.


      CAUSE

      The forms list is incomplete. You can load the default list of forms into the shortcut bar.


      RESOLUTION

      Load the default values for the shortcut toolbar

      1. From the menu bar, select Utilities > Customize Shortcut Toolbar.
      2. Click Load Default.
      3. Click OK.
