6654 - PointCentral Secondary Administrator

1. Log to the PointCentral Administration site.

2. Select Configuration > Parameters from the left navigation panel.

3. In the Secondary Admin section.

4. Enter a username. #Note: The username does not have to be an email.

5. Enter an 8-character password that meets the password parameters.

#Note: The Secondary Administrator cannot use the “Forgot Username or Password” option on the PointCentral sign in screen. The Secondary Admin password can only be reset by the Primary Admin.

#Note: The Secondary Administrator cannot see or reset the Initial Administrator’s password.
