6655 PointCentral - Forgot Username and Password

1. In a web browser, enter your PointCentral Administrator website URL.
2. Click the “Forgot Username or Password” link.

3. In the Login Retrieval Wizard, enter your SQL Username and Password. Click, Next.

#Note: This will be the same information that you use in the PointCentral Configuration Wizard.

4. In the Login Retrieval Wizard enter the Initial Admin Username, Password and Confirm Password.

#Note: If you hit Cancel or Back it will not make any changes. You will need to hit Next until you complete the wizard before any changes will be made. Also, the PointCentral password parameter has not changed.
