6700 Custom rule is not triggered when loan is closed

SYMPTOM

A custom rule that contains one or more conditions is not triggered when the Point user clicks the X at the top of the screen to close a loan.

CAUSE

The user did not save the loan file in order for the rule to be triggered.

SOLUTION

Save the loan file by selecting File > Save or close a loan file by clicking File > Close.
