6732 Fannie Mae prompts to save servicerouter.aspx


When you download results from Fannie Mae, a popup box appears prompting you to save a servicerouter.aspx file.


There are unresolved issues with your Fannie Mae account that are prohibiting you from using the Fannie Mae interface.


Incomplete or duplicate social security number

  1. Go to the Borrower Information Screen.
  2. Be sure that the Borrower and Co-borrower social security number is complete and not the same.
  3. Re-submit the file to Fannie Mae.
