6732 Fannie Mae prompts to save servicerouter.aspx
When you download results from Fannie Mae, a popup box appears prompting you to save a servicerouter.aspx file.
There are unresolved issues with your Fannie Mae account that are prohibiting you from using the Fannie Mae interface.
Incomplete or duplicate social security number
- Go to the Borrower Information Screen.
- Be sure that the Borrower and Co-borrower social security number is complete and not the same.
- Re-submit the file to Fannie Mae.
Contact Fannie Mae for them to correct the issues with your account.
