Zip enables the ability to default your company FormFree credentials into the admin settings, allowing borrower interviews to import into Point with non-watermarked Verification of Assets documentation for those who submitted their banking information along with their applications.
1. Login to your Zip admin site www.newadmin.zipforhome.com
2. Select VOA Settings from the bottom of the left navigation panel.
3. Use the On radio button to set your account to receive Verification of Assets Reports if submitted by applicants during the interview. Select Off if you would not like to receive the reports at all.
Note: This setting carries across all active Zip accounts and cannot be set for only specific individuals.
4. Enter your User ID and Password.
5. Click the Save button.
