      Description: 9999 Principal Reduction Does not match enumeration facet.

      Note: Code 9999 means there is a hand typed item in a dropdown that Fannie Mae finds unacceptable. In this case, Principal Reduction has been added to the Closing Disclosure.

       

      Steps to take:

      1. Navigate to the Closing Disclosure – Page 3.

      2. Scroll down to the dropdown where you have typed in the term Principal Reduction.

      3. Replace Principal Reduction with Principal Curtailment or chose an item in the Adjustments dropdown.

      4. Save and Resubmit UCD.
