      Code 111336 Credit Agency Error

      Description: Credit Agency Error.

      Steps to take:

      1. Verify that the Credit Agency credentials in Point were issued by Fannie Mae. Some Credit Agencies require an Account number which Fannie Mae is looking for when running DO/DU. Once correct credentials are established move on to Step 2.

      2. Navigate to Services >Credit Reports > Request Credit.

      3. Select from the Credit Agency dropdown and click Submit.

      4. Retype the password making sure to not include the following characters:

      a. & Ampersand

      b. > Greater-than

      c. " Double-quote
