      Code 118348 118350 A GOC-GOD Data Section is not valid

      Description:

      A GOC Data Section is not valid for an FHA loan.

      A GOD Data Section is not valid for an FHA loan.

      Note: Fannie Mae is getting conflicting data for both an FHA and VA loan.

       

      Steps to take:

      1. Navigate to Borrower Information.

      2. Scroll down to Loan Summary. Indicate whether the loan is FHA or VA using the check boxes.

      3. Navigate to Services > Fannie Mae > Government.

      4. For FHA loans, be sure the VA section is empty. For VA loans be sure the FHA section is empty.

      5. Save and Resubmit.
