Code 118358 Multiple properties exist in the REO

Description: Multiple properties exist in the REO with an indicator of SUBJECT.

Steps to take:

1. Navigate to Bor/Co-Bor and click Co-Borrower 1.

2. Scroll down to 2c. Liabilities – Credit Cards, Other Debts, and Leases that You Own. Delete any manually entered mortgage debts.

3. Scroll down to 3a. Property You Own 3b/3c Additional Property. Remove any duplicate REO’s that already exist on the Primary Borrower’s section 3a.

4. Save and Resubmit.
