      Code 30000300 General Failure or GUSSBA_ERROR

      30000300 General Failure

      General Failure error code typically accompanies other DU error codes.

      This means the credit report was unsuccessful in the run.  Either no credit was run, or the current report needs to be reissued and the file resubmitted.

      • Verify that the borrower information used to pull the credit report (name, generation, 
        current address, and Social Security number) matches what is entered in the loan file.
      • Look for another error code.  If there are no other error codes, resubmit the file.
