      CRIT0008 A valuation amount or an estimated amount is required for the subject property

      The Appraisal Value is missing.

      1. Open the file in Point.

      2. Enter the appraisal value in the Appr Value field on the Borrower Information screen or in the Est. Appraised Value field under Services > Freddie Mac > Addendum.
