      CRIT0020 An escrow indicator is required

      The Escrow Account section on Closing Disclosure pg. 4 is not completely filled in.

      1. Open the file in Point.

      2. Select Forms > Closing Disclosure > Page 4 from the top menu.

      3. In the Escrow Account section fill in the will have an escrow account or will not have an escrow account checkbox.
