CRIT0023 The ability to repay exemption reason type is required and must be 'LoanProgram' or 'PropertyUsage'

The QM section is not completed from the Additional Loan Data screen.

1. Open the file in Point.

2. Navigate to eLoanFile > Additional Loan Data from the top menu.

3. Scroll to the QM section.

4. Make the appropriate selection using the Ability to Repay Exemption dropdown.
