CRIT0028 The Average Prime Offer Rate (APOR) is required

The QM section is not completed from the Additional Loan Data screen.

1. Open the file in Point.

2. Navigate to eLoanFile > Additional Loan Data from the top menu.

3. Scroll to the QM section.

4. Fill in the APOR % field.
