CRIT0033 The Regulation Z excluded bona fide discount points are required when the corresponding indicator is true

The State Bona Fide area of the Loan Discount section under A. Origination Charges on the Closing Cost Worksheet is not completed correctly.

1. Open the file in Point.

2. Select Forms > Closing Cost Worksheet from the top menu.

3. If the State Bona Fide checkbox in section A. Origination Charges is marked, then enter the percentage in the corresponding % field.
