CRIT0037 - Indicate if the liability submitted in the Payoff & Payments section is secured by the subject property OR An indication of whether the liability is secured by the subject property is req

A mortgage lien is being paid off, but the dropdown list item for the subject property is not selected.

1. Open the file in Point.

2. Select Forms > Closing Disclosure > Payoffs and Payments from the top menu.

3. If there is a Payoff and Adjustment that exists for a mortgage lien, then select the appropriate lien from the dropdown with the (Subject Property) suffix.
