CRIT0038 A liability type is required and must be a valid enumeration in the Payoffs and Payments section
The Liability Type dropdown list is blank on the Payoff and Payments screen for the Closing Disclosure.
1. Open the file in Point.
2. Select Forms > Closing Disclosure > Payoffs and Payments from the top menu.
3. Complete the Liability Type dropdown list for any entered item.
