CRIT0040 The total Payoffs and Payments amount is required for a refinance loan on the Alternate Disclosure

An indication that there is incomplete information entered on the Payoffs and Payments screen.

1. Open the file in Point.

2. Select Forms > Closing Disclosure > Payoffs and Payments from the top menu.

3. Verify that any item entered on this screen has all applicable fields entered, including the Amount field.
