If the Regulation Z Bona Fide Discount Points indicator is true, then the  Regulation Z Excluded Bona Fide Discount Points Percent is required. Data must be numeric up to 3 digits, with up to 4 decimal places.

1. Open the file in Point.

2. Select Forms > Closing Cost Worksheet.

3. Scroll to the QM section.

4. If the State Bona Fide checkbox is marked, complete the State Bona Fide and Starting Adjusted Rate % fields.
