- When Fee Payment Paid By Type equals Seller, Loan Purpose must equal Purchase.

- When Prepaid Item Payment Paid By Type equals Seller, Loan Purpose must equal Purchase.

- When Escrow Item Payment Paid By Type equals Seller, Loan Purpose must equal Purchase.

1. Open Loan File in Point.

2. Navigate to Closing Costs Worksheet.

3. See if any of the Paid By items equal Seller.

5. Select Purchase as the Loan Purpose.
