      Fannie Mae 3560

      Resolve for Fannie Mae 3560:

      - Fee Type for Origination Charges is required and must be a valid enumeration. When Fee Type equals "Other", the Fee Type Other Description is required.

       

      1. Open Loan File in Point.

      2. Navigate to Closing Costs Worksheet.

      3. Scroll down to section A. ORIGINATION CHARGES.

      4. Look for a Fee Type in the first Column that is not provided via the Dropdown list.

      5. Type the word Other and tab out of the field.
