Resolve for Fannie Mae 3565:

- Fee Type for Services Borrower Did Not Shop For is required and must be a valid enumeration. When FeeType equals "Other", the Fee Type Other Description is required.

1. Open Loan File in Point.

2. Navigate to Closing Costs Worksheet.

3. Scroll down to section B&C. SERVICES YOU DID/DID NOT SHOP FOR.

4. Look for a Fee Type in the first Column that is not provided via the Dropdown list.

5. Type the word Other and tab out of the field.
