      Fannie Mae 3572 3590

      Resolve for Fannie Mae 3572 3590:

      - Fee Type for Taxes and Other Government Fees is required and must be a valid enumeration. When FeeType equals "Other", the Fee Type Other Description is required.

      - Fee Type for Services Borrower Did Shop For must be a valid enumeration.

      1. Open Loan File in Point.

      2. Navigate to Closing Costs Worksheet.

      3. Scroll down to section E. TAXES AND OTHER GOVERNMENT FEES.

      4. Look for a Fee Type in the first Column that is not provided via the Dropdown list.

      5. Type the word Other and tab out of the field or choose an item from the dropdown list.
