1905 MyCalyx User not found - System does not return any GUID

Issue:

When launching the Point application one of the following error messages occurs:

Symptom:

MyCalyx files within the user profile are missing, invalid or corrupt.

Resolution:

1. Login to Mycalyx.com.

     2.   Select manage Point Installations 

    3.    Select the affected user

     .

    4.    Select the option to resend the email to the affected user.
    5.    Open the windows control panel. Access Programs and features.

     6.    Select to remove Calyx installer.
     7.    Select to remove Point application.
     

      8.    Open the email recently sent and click install Point.
      9.    Follow the on-screen instructions to complete Point installation
