      1905 MyCalyx User not found - System does not return any GUID

      Issue:

      When launching the Point application, one of the following error messages occurs:

      Symptom:

      Configuration files are missing, invalid or corrupt.

      Resolution:

      1. Log in to Mycalyx.com.
      2. Select the affected user.
      3. Select the option to resend the email.
      4. Open the Windows Control Panel.
      5. Access Programs and features.
      6. Select to remove the Point application.
      7. Open the new email recently sent and click Install Point
      8. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the Point installation.
