Point 11.6 SP1 Release

                                                                            Point 11.6 SP1

Point 11.6 SP1 is now available to download via MyCalyx. In this release, we have updated several screens.

Enhancements
•    Credit Score Information Disclosure – Updated to add the 5th Factor if it is on the credit                report. 
•    Services>Request Verifications – Added new order screen and verification service,                       DataVerify now available on new format.
•    Interface>Fraud Detection – Added DataVerify Fraud Interface to Services.

Screen
•    Initial ARM Disclosure – Added SOFR index to dropdown and updated dropdown option to             match Fannie Mae Addendum 30-Day Average SOFR and Freddie Mac 60-Day Required Net         Yield.
•    Truth-In-Lending>Rate Adjustments – Added Ceiling Rate field.
•    Truth-In-Lending>Extra Loan Features – Added Daily Simple Interest and Daily Compound            Interest calculations.
•    Borrower Information>Subject Property>Property Type – Added one-way sync from                   Borrower Information screen to Lender Loan Page 1. 
•    Loan Application>Section 1a – Added new check box for 1st Time Home Buyer to Borrower         and Co-Borrower. 
•    Loan Application>Section 1e Income from Other Sources> – Added Restricted Stock to             Other Income Type dropdown.
•    Services>Fannie Mae>Fannie Mae Addendum – Added DU Exception dropdown for Co-   n          Borrower.  DU Exception codes will print on Loan Application Continuation Sheet.  
•    Services>Fannie Mae>Fannie Mae Addendum> – Copied Refinance Program fields from              Lender Loan Page 1, Project Name and CPM Project ID from ELoanfile, and added Project              Certification Date.
•    Services>Fannie Mae>Fannie Mae Addendum>Automated Service Providers – Added             Income Calculator.
•    Banker>Shipping – Added Target Funded Date, Government Bond Checkbox, Shared Equity         Down Payment Amount.

Forms
•    Forms>VA Loan Comparison – Added fields to match the updated VA form.
