Point of Sale 3.5 Release 

                                                        Zip 3.5 Release Notes

The new Zip (Point of Sale) 3.5 Release is now live. Please refer to the notes below for a list of the new enhancements.

Enhancements 

  • Borrower Interview>Construction & Land - Added Construction and Land questions to Borrower Interview process. 
  • Borrower Interview>Loan Summary - Added eConsent Agreement, hid first part of SSN digits, added Gifts and Grants, added Military Status, and added the ability for Custom Question 1 and 2 to print on form. 
  • Configuration - Added Construction questions. These will be displayed on the Loan Summary when selected/answered. 
  • Security - Updated Password Parameter Requirements, added 2-Factor Login Authentication for Users, and added Password Expiration Rules to both Borrowers and Users. (Zenly is controlled by the User only) 
  • Edit Emails - Moved Signature inside each template, moved Social Media outside of the Signature area, updated all Merged fields to be the same throughout sections, added background color picker to each section, and added Stock image for sample view. 
  • Loan Originators - Added Download as Excel for Zip Users Report. 
  • Borrower Interview Report - Added View Summary link to view Borrowers Loan Summary. This will appear as a pop up. 
  • Loan Originators>Select Loan Originator - Select Default Language for each LO Site (default will be English if not selected). 
  • Borrower Statistics - Updated Report to show eConsent Status of Accepted or Withdrawn and added Abandonment Summary. 
  • Document Template>Conditions - Added Construction section, and VOA Report section. 
  • Document Template - Synced Document Templates Category and Type with Path’s Configuration. (Path Only)
