Zenly allows for setting company level service credentials that are controlled by the admin and carry over to all users with access to the in-file Services tab for your interfaces.
To template your Services Settings:
1. Login to Zenly (calyxzenly.com).
2. Click the Template tab.
3. Select Services Settings from the left navigation panel.
4. Click the Add button.
5. Use the Select Service dropdown to select your service type: Credit Reports or Fannie Mae for Desktop Originator.
6. Use the Select Agency dropdown to select your vendor.
a. Use the Preferred checkbox if this is to be your preferred vendor for the selected service type.
7. Enter your Login Name and Password.
8. Enter your Account number.
9. If applicable, enter your Branch ID.
10. Click the Save & New button to add additional service credentials, Save & Close when finished, or use the Cancel button to cancel adding this service.
