Importing Loan Files
Use the New File drop-down button to import files using Fannie Mae 3.2/MISMO 3.4 loan files or batch importing multiple files at once.
To import loan files:
1. Select New File.
2. Select New Loan.
3. Select the Import option.
4. Click Select Files.
5. Browse the stored FNM/XML file.
6. Highlight the file.
7. Click Open.
Drag & Drop Import
Use the drag-and-drop import feature to easily transfer FNM/XML files to Zenly. This method eliminates the need to manually browse for the file(s).
1. Access the Zenly Main Page.
2. Browse to the stored FNM and/or XML files.
3. Select the files.
4. Drag the files to Leads/Loans table.
5. Click Store.
6. Click Close when import is complete.
