Zenly allows you to import your 3.2 FNM and 3.4 XML files into the system in two ways: individually, or in batches.
Importing a single loan file:
1. Login to Zenly (calyxzenly.com).
2. Click the New Loan dropdown and select From Fannie Mae 3.2/MISMO 3.4.
The Open file explorer window will open.
3. Navigate to where the file is located, select the file, and click Open.
4. Once imported the new file will open to the Status > Tracking page.
Batch importing files:
1. Login to Zenly (calyxzenly.com).
2. Click the New Loan dropdown and select Batch Import.
3. Click the Select Files button on the File Import dialog box.
The Open file explorer window will open.
4. Navigate to where the files are located, highlight the files you want to import then click Open.
The File Import dialog box will populate with the selected files.
5. Click the Import button.
6. Click the Close button once your files have completed importing.
7. Your imported files will be added to your Loans Search screen.
Note: You can also drag and drop your files onto the Loans Search screen for individual or batch import into Zenly.
