8104 Requesting Borrower Documents through Zenly

1. Open the loan file.

2. Click the Documents tab.

3. Select Request from the left navigation panel.

4. Click the Add button.

The Add Document Request window will open.

5. Use the Document Name dropdown to select a document to request or manually enter an item in the field.

6. Use the Borrower dropdown to select which borrower this document will be requested from.

7. Use the Category dropdown to choose what category this document applies to.

8. Select a Due date.

9. Enter any notes pertaining to this document in the Memo to Borrower box.

10. Click the Save & New button to create and add another request item and Save & Close when complete.

Your list items to request will populate the Pending section.

11. Click the Send button when ready to send out the document request to the borrower(s).

12. Use the Send To dropdown to select the borrower name This populates the borrower's email address from the file in the Email field.

13. Click the Send button to send the request to the selected borrower.
