8109 Matching a Mortgage Liability to Real Estate Owned

When credit is run in Zenly and a report comes back with the Credit Account Type reading as a Mortgage and the Liability Type is marked as a Mortgage Loan the liability will automatically list in the Unmatched Mortgage Liabilities table instead of the Liabilities table with all other types. This is also where any manually entered unmatched Mortgage Liabilities are to be added. This table is located directly below the Real Estate table, making for more convenient matching of Mortgage Liabilities to the correlating REO's.

If importing a file that already has liabilities and REO's in the file, the Unmatched and Matched Imported Mortgage Liabilites will automatically sort into the associated tables as appropriate.

To match a Mortgage Liability to Real Estate Owned:

1. From within the loan file select Application.

2. Click Borrower from your left menu bar.
