1. Open a loan file.
2. Navigate to Application > Initial Fees Worksheet.
3. Click the Select button next to the Fees Template field at the top right of the workspace.
4. Select the appropriate template from the Template Name table.
5. Click OK.
6. All templated fees will populate the screen.
Note: Fees can be modified as pertains to the loan after the template is applied by double-clicking the fee in any section. Fees can also be added via the Add button per section or removed using the Trashcan icon next to each fee.
7. Review your fees and make any applicable changes.
8. Click to Save button at the top of the screen once complete.
