For information on creating various Borrower Interview Configurations that can be assigned to your Loan Originators, refer to knowledgebase article 8124 Creating Borrower Interview Configurations..
To assign a Configuration to a Loan Originator:
1. Login to Zenly (https://www.calyxzenly.com).
2. Select ZIP from the top of the screen.
3. Select Loan Originators from your left navigation menu.
4. Click the Edit Users icon for the user you are wanting to assign a configuration to.
5. Select the appropriate radio button next to the available configuration you want assigned to the Loan Originator.
6. Click the Save button.
7. Click the OK button.
All future Borrower Interviews for this Loan Originator will now be set to the assigned configuration.
