8128 Resending a Zip Borrower Interview to Zenly

Resending a Zip Borrower Interview allows Zip admins to quickly re-push an interview to the Loan Originator’s Point system when an import needs to be retried. This helps prevent duplicate borrower work and keeps the workflow moving without restarting the application.

To resend a Zip Borrower Interview to a user's Point system:

1. Login to Zenly (https://www.calyxzenly.com).
2. Select the User Profile icon from the top right corner of the screen.
    
   
3. Select Interview Configuration.
   
4. Select Borrower Interview Report from the left navigation menu.
   

       5.    You can use the available fields to search by Loan Originator Name and Borrower Email.
       6.    Optionally, use the Loans originated date to select the date range for when the interview                  was submitted.

       7.    Click Search. 

          8.    The Results section will populate based on the chosen parameters, if used.
          9.    Locate the desired Borrower Interview, then click the Resend link at the end of the row.

          10.    The file will be pushed out to the Point system of the Loan Originator associated with                       the file and can be imported immediately.

Summary

Using the Borrower Interview Report, an admin can search for a specific interview (by LO, borrower email, and optional date range) and use Resend to push the file back to Point for immediate import. This is a fast fix when an interview does not show up or needs to be re-imported.
