Overview
The Reports tab lets users generate reports from loan data in Zenly. Each report includes an export option that lets you download the results as a CSV file.

Reporting options in this area work similarly to each other. The main difference is the data returned in the report.

Understanding Status Filters
The Status dropdown can be used to generate a report based on the status the loan file has had at any point. Any loans labeled with the selected status will populate the report results.

Generating a Report
Follow the steps below to generate a report. Use one or all the functions to specify which loans appear in the table.
- Select the Reports tab.
- Select the desired report (Example: Active Pipeline Report)
- Click the Current Status button.
4. Select or clear the desired statuses. Click the All checkbox to unselect the other checkboxes, if needed.

Note: Using both the Status dropdown menu and the Statuses button allows the user to pull loans that have had the same status and are at the same current Status. See the example below.
Example: Both loan files previously had the Lead status assigned, and both are currently Closed.

5. If needed, select the Loan Originator dropdown and choose the desired option.
6. Select a value from the Status dropdown.
7. Click the Calendar icon to select the date interval.

8. Click Generate to populate the table.

3. Select Format Cells.

4. In the Category section, choose the format you want to apply.
