Reports are now available inside of Zenly. There are 4 new reports; Active Pipeline Report, Lender Report, New Prospect, Closed Report.
1. Select the Reports tab.
2. Select the Statuses button to run a report on loans in a current status.
3. Check the boxes of the statuses you want to appear in the report.
4. Add any needed filters; Loan Status Dates and/or Loan Originator.
A. Status: Select a status from the dropdown and input your between dates.
B. Loan Originator: Select Loan Originator from the dropdown.
Note: Results will depend on the access given in Zenly. Users who have full access will be able to see all loans and will have the Loan Originator dropdown. If the user only has access to see their own files, they will not see the Loan Originator dropdown.
5. Click Generate to run the report.
6. After the report is run you can click the Export to CSV button to allow you to save the report.
Note: A report will generate 500 results on the screen, if there are more than 500 results there will be an arrow to go to the next screen at the bottom. To export a report with more than 500 results, you will need to export the 500 that appear on the current page and go to the next screen and export those as well.
