When you receive a notification through email or Zenly alerts indicating the borrower has uploaded the requested documents, you are now able to view, accept, reject, and store any of the documents uploaded by the borrower.
- Open a Lead or Loan
- From the top menu bar click the Documents
- From the navigation panel select Request.
You will find all the documents uploaded by the borrower on this screen. You will have 3 options to choose from.
4. Click on the Preview icon to display the document.5. Click the Accept button to save the document in the Stored tab.
6. Click the Reject button if the borrower sent an incorrect or unclear document.
7. Once you click the Reject button, you can enter a message for the borrower and send the document request again.
8. When the documents are accepted, they will be transferred to the Completed section.
9. You are now able to View and Download the documents in the Stored tab.
