      8504 Package Failure: Request XML Content Error

      SYMPTOMS
      When requesting an eDisclosure package in Zenly, the following error appears: “Package Failure: Request XML”.

      CAUSE
      The Loan Originator’s email address is missing under the Contact section of the loan file. 

      RESOLUTION

      1. Go to the Status > Contacts section within the loan file, then click the Loan Originator

      2.  Enter the email address of the Loan Originator and then select Save & Close.

      3. Go back to the Documents tab and send the request for your eDisclosure package.
