8514 Zenly - Accessing Zenly for the First Time

This article explains how to sign in to Zenly for the first time and reset a forgotten password.

Before You Begin 

   

 Sign In to Zenly

1. Open https://www.calyxzenly.com/.

     

2. Enter your User Email Address.

3. Enter the password assigned to your account, then click Sign In.

   

Request Password Reset

4. After you receive the code, enter it in the Access Code field.

5. Enter and confirm your new password, then click Reset Password.

Additional Information

  • Password reset notifications and loan information are sent to the account email address by default.
  • If you do not know your login name or need help resetting your password, contact your company administrator or Zenly Dedicated Customer Service at 800.342.2599, option 4.
