8512 Pricing LoanSifter in Zenly

Pricing LoanSifter allows Zenly users to launch LoanSifter pricing directly from a loan file. Use this workflow to open the Pricing screen, confirm the LoanSifter vendor, enter pricing search criteria, resolve missing LOS data, and continue to the LoanSifter client login.

1. Open the applicable loan file in Zenly.

2. Confirm the loan file contains the required loan and property information needed for pricing.

3. Confirm that Loansifter is available as the pricing vendor on the Pricing screen.

4. Have a LoanSifter username and password available to continue after the Client Login screen opens.

1. Select Services from the loan navigation.

2. Select Pricing from the left navigation menu.

3. Verify that the Vendor dropdown displays Loansifter.

4. Click Run Pricing.

1. Review the Calyx Interface > Launch LoanSifter screen.

2. Complete the Search Criteria fields marked as required.

3. Select an option from the Search By dropdown.

4. Enter the applicable Desired Price ($) or Rate (%).

5. Select the applicable option under Desired Products.

6. Click Continue.

Resolve Missing or Incorrect LOS Data

1. If a Message window displays, review the missing or incorrect information listed in the Error and Description columns.

2. Click OK.

3. Return to the LOS and complete the missing or incorrect information identified in the Message window.

4. Update Amortization Type from Application > Loan, if that field is identified in the Message window.

5. Update Number of Units from Application > Subject Property, if that field is identified in the Message window.

6. Click Save and then Run Pricing again after the required LOS data is corrected.

1. Complete the Launch LoanSifter search criteria again, if prompted.

2. Click Continue.

3. Confirm that the LoanSifter Client Login screen opens.

4. Once logged in to the LoanSifter portal, click Subscriptions, select Calyx Path/Zenly from the list, and enable the Status.

1. Confirm that the missing or incorrect information message no longer displays after the required LOS data is corrected.

2. Confirm that LoanSifter launches to the Client Login screen.

3. Enter the LoanSifter username and password and click LOG IN to continue pricing review.
