2202 (L) prefix printing next to fees on the Closing Disclosure

SYMPTOM

An (L) is printed next to fees on the Closing Disclosure.

CAUSE

An (L) will automatically precede fees on page 2 of the printed Closing Disclosure when they are indicated as 100% paid by lender on the Closing Costs Worksheet.

RESOLUTION

If the fee is not 100% paid by the lender, change the fee allocation on the Closing Costs Worksheet to remove the (L) indicator.
