Every data folder in Point Administrator has an associated password which is required to modify the data folder properties or users. If you do not know the supervisor login for Point Administrator you must email a password change request to Calyx Software at email@example.com.
Password change requests are processed from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CDT.
The following items are required within the email:
- Company Letterhead
- Site ID or serial number
- Authorized Contact, usually the original purchaser of the software or Primary Contact listed on the account
- New password you would like to use
- Return e-mail address
An e-mail is returned within twenty-four hours with an attachment and instructions on how to change the password.
For your security all password reset requests that are sent in are purged with in 1-2 business days. If you have any questions or need assistance about your password reset call our support line at 800-342-2599.
