3303 Create a data folder in PointCentral

If you do not have access to the PointCentral Administration site, contact your PointCentral administrator to add a data folder for you.

The Edit Data Folder screen is displayed.

  1. Log in to PointCentral Administration.

     

  2. Select Data Folders > Add Data Folders from the navigation pane.
  3. Enter the name of the new folder and click Add Data Folder.
  4. Specify user and user group access rights for the new data folder.

Note: You must assign access rights to users or groups to ensure the data folder is accessible to users. Refer to article 3312 Assigning user or user group access rights to a data folder.
