Uninstalling and reinstalling the Calyx Document Converter
1. Right click the Microsoft Windows icon and choose Settings.
2. In the Settings search bar, type Printers & Scanners and select it.
3. Remove the Calyx Document Converter from the list of Printers and Scanners.
4. Navigate to your C:\WINPOINT folder and find the file PDFInstall.exe file.
5. Right click to Run as Administrator.
