      6316 Point could not connect to Point Data Server...Unable to generate a temporary class

      SYMPTOM

      When attempting to log into Point, the following message appears:

      "Point could not connect to Point Data Server...The details are Unable to generate a temporary class (Results=1)."

      CAUSE

      The user does not have full permission to the C:\Windows\temp.

      RESOLUTION

      1. Log into the PointCentral Server and go to the C drive and browse to C:\Windows\Temp.
      2. Right-click on the folder, select properties, and give IIS_IUSR and Network Service full control.
