      6350 Cannot find cdintf450.dll or cdintf550.dll

      SYMPTOM

      Installing Point generates an error, "Cannot find cdintf450.dll..." or "Cannot find cdintf550.dll..."

       

      CAUSE

      The cdintf450.dll or cdintf550.dll file is missing from the System32 or Syswow64 folder

       

      RESOLUTION

      Reinstall the Calyx Document Converter by following the instructions in the below knowledgebase article:
